Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Java + React Full Stack Developer who can design, build, and scale complex applications while providing technical leadership. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end development, mentor teams, and contribute to architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities

 

• Architect, design, and develop scalable web applications using Java and React.js
• Build robust backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
• Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and system architecture
• Collaborate with product, UX, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
• Oversee integration of third-party services and APIs
• Support deployment, monitoring, and production troubleshooting 
  
   

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in full stack development
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful services, and Microservices
• Extensive experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend practices
• Strong understanding of system design, design patterns, and SOLID principles
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL / MySQL / Oracle
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and security best practices
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
