All purchases made on Jobber are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in this policy.

2. Job Seekers
Free Services:
Registration, profile creation, job browsing, and job applications are free of charge for job seekers. Hence, there are no refund scenarios applicable here.
Premium Services (if applicable):
If you purchase premium services (e.g., resume writing, career counseling, profile highlighting), you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided the service has not been rendered or initiated.
If the service has already been delivered or partially delivered, no refund shall be issued.
3. Employers / Recruiters
Job Posting & Subscription Plans:
Refunds will not be provided once a job post or subscription has been activated or the service has been accessed.
In case of technical issues or failure to deliver services, please contact our support team. We will assess the issue and may offer compensation, credit, or extension at our discretion.
Unused Credits (if applicable):
Any unused credits or listings are non-refundable but may be carried forward for a limited period (as per your subscription terms).
